What is covered

Every More Smiles Ultrasonic handle carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day it arrives. This is in addition to the 90-day guarantee, not instead of it.

Covered:

  • The motor or vibration failing
  • The charging port or battery failing to hold a charge under normal use
  • The button or charge indicator failing
  • Any defect in materials or workmanship

What is not covered

  • Brush heads. These are wear items and are expected to be replaced about every three months
  • Damage from dropping, crushing, or submerging the handle
  • Damage from a non-USB-C charger or a faulty power source
  • Normal cosmetic wear — scratches and finish marks on the handle
  • Units bought from anyone other than this store

How to make a claim

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and a short description of what is happening. A photo or short video helps. If it is a covered defect we will send a replacement handle at no cost, and we will not ask you to post the old one back first.

After the warranty ends

Email us anyway. We keep replacement parts and will usually be able to help, even out of warranty.
