The 90-day guarantee
Use More Smiles for 90 days from the day it arrives. If it is not for you, we refund you in full. There is no restocking fee, and you do not need to give a reason.
We ask that you actually use it. A brush that sat in a drawer has not had a fair trial, and we would rather you gave it a proper two weeks first.
How to return something
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. We will reply with a prepaid return label and where to send it. Once the return reaches us, your refund goes back to the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
You do not need the original packaging. Send back the handle and any unused brush heads.
What we cannot refund
- Orders placed more than 90 days ago
- Used brush heads bought separately, for hygiene reasons — unopened packs are fine
- Products bought somewhere other than this store. If you bought from a marketplace seller, their returns policy applies
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Email us a photo within 14 days and we will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged one first.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly. Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it is faster than waiting for an exchange to clear.
